I’m not aware of any murders, mass or otherwise, being committed with legally owned suppressors. Most people who will go through that process and own a suppressor registered with the federal government are fairly stable. But someone who would make a suppressor illegally might not be all there, and this person was an engineer.Mental health? Are you forgetting the president pretty much decimated the affordable care act? Have you ever tried to get mental health care? It's not really covered in any effective way.
