Lots of people think I'm asking what the difference is between enameled cast iron and raw cast iron. I'm not. I'm asking the difference between cheaper enameled cast iron (like Lodge) and expensive enameled Official Larry June Lakai Limited Footwear shirtcast iron (like Le Creuset). Oof probably Le Bon Georges in Paris - white asparagus with hollandaise, duck pate en croute, hamburger steak, cognac for dessert. Fucking unbelievable. Probably pulled pork - crock pots run pretty hot, even on the low setting, so anything you let cook all day while you're at work is going to have the everloving shit braised out of it. Might as well use something super-tough and full of delicious connective tissue that can handle it!
