He lost that too and had to pay double damages for withholding our security deposit. moral of the story is that most people who do this are deadbeats, and he treated us as such. but we were not deadbeats, paid our bills and had no problem mustering the time and effort to file court proceeding and intelligently move forward to victory. When he failed to pay double damages, I filed a chattle execution, so the sheriff went to his offices, confiscated computers and other goods of value, sold them at auction and sent the money to us. f him !
