Didn’t tRump just declare is love for them and claimed they were good smart leaders that listened to his infinite knowledge and All I need today is a little bit of aztecs and a whole lot of jesus shirt experience about how to solve issue in their region. I believe it normally goes through Congress but trump chooses not to do it because he’s a big f*cking baby that doesn’t play well with others. Thought they just passed a bill that states any military action on an aggressor has to go thru Congress first.
